BRIDGES & BOOKS))))

Never tired of seeing the bridges that raise their wings every St. Petersburg summer night)))) That's so unique! One must come and see this spectacle, if he or she never saw it before! 

I love the architecture, the colour of the sky, the atmosphere, people coming to admire the bridges. The Palace bridge is a very important connection between the hero and the heroine in The Island book by Yulia Ravvina.  And these very pier and quay are described in her another book The Season))) I remember the time (several years ago), when Yulia worked as a guide on a cruising boat and was inspired to write the novel)))) The book is very funny, full of amusing and grotesque stories of tourists and guides' communication and, certainly, it is a story of love))))
